Every Missions Sunday, bring in donated food items to the church to be put in our food pantry. This is a great missions opportunity for our local community! The next Missions Sunday is September 12th. You can pick up a list of needed items at the Information Desk in the main foyer.

If you would like some groceries, the Food Pantry is open 3:00-5:00pm on Mondays.

What to expect?

We offer two distinct worship experiences for adults as well as worship focused toward youth and children. Sunday at 8:30 am is our traditional service offering time-honored hymns and choruses. In our 11:00 am Sunday service the music style is contemporary with fresh new chorus and songs. At Helena First Assembly, you will experience relevant Bible teaching in every service that will help you take the next step on your spiritual journey.

And if you want to stop in early, you can come by our coffee shop and library called “Higher Grounds” for a little conversation and refreshment.

What about my kids?

Children are welcome in all of our services but at the 11:00 am service we have an exciting opportunity just for kids. KIDS FIRST is for all 2nd through 6th graders and Kingdom Kids is provided for 5years to 1st Grade. These services include music, videos, bible lessons, recreation, crafts, snacks, and more. We also have a great nursery with sesparate rooms for newborn through 1 year, 2 year olds and 3 through 4 year olds. All of the children get a great Bible lesson in a comfortable, safe and fun atmosphere.

What to wear?

No matter where you are on your spiritual journey you are welcome at Helena First Assembly! We encourage people to come as they are and to be comfortable.

How do I get connected?

At Helena First assembly, we value authentic relationships. We want to be people who enjoy life together. Therefore, we try to provide multiple ways for individuals to get connected. At Helena First Assembly we provide events as well as small groups to bring people together. There are also many opportunities to serve in the church and in the community with other people.
